But back in 2000, Mrs. Vaid started the café with Rs. 25000 that she borrowed from her father and a mere five chairs and few tables. Not many know that Cappuccino Blast started the café culture in Lucknow even when big chains like Barista and Café Coffee Day were not present in the city.’
